Terms & Conditions

Any Time & Materials service provided by Podzon Pro Service will be charged at a minimum of 2 hours and associated fees to schedule the work as listed in the Time & Materials Authorization form.  If the work can be completed within the 2 hours with no materials, there will not be any additional cost.  If more time and or parts are required, they will be billed additional.  Labor will be billed at $170.00 per hour in one-hour increments.  All parts provided by Podzon Pro Services will be billed with markup off local supplier cost, wholesale or online pricing on parts is not available.  A Truck Fee of $95.00 will be applied for each additional day that onsite labor is provided.  Travel time to and from jobsite as well as time associated to locate parking, access building, travel to and from supply house to purchase required parts is considered billable time.

 

Warranty:  All Manufacturer’s warranties for any equipment supplied by Podzon Pro Services and 90 days on labor by Podzon Pro Services or our contracted Sub-Contractors from date of startup.  There will be no warranty on customer provided materials.

A credit card will be required and a Time & Materials Authorization form signed to secure the appointment. This payment is nonrefundable if the work is canceled.
